WINTERING: Sound and Stillness Retreat with Dr. Abby Paloma, Sara Auster, and Alex Falk
WINTERING is an invitation to deeply connect in nature and receive winter’s medicine. Immerse yourself in nourishing movement and stillness practices and restorative sound baths.
Dr. Abby Paloma is an Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Gardener, and local food advocate.
Sara Auster is a world-renowned sound therapist, meditation teacher and author.
Alex Falk, founder of Atonal Meditation, is a certified sound therapy practitioner, musician, meditation teacher, educator and substance abuse/violence prevention counselor for the New York City Board of Education.
