Executive Director, Won Buddhism USA
Ordained in 1994, Rev. Yeri has served in Won Buddhist temples in New Jersey, New York, and Korea. During her tenure as the Head Kyomunim at the New Jersey temple, she taught meditation at Ridgefield Park High School. Over her 13 years of service in New York, she expanded the curriculum of the WonKwang Korean School—its Korean language and culture program—and coordinated the New York Korean Folk Festival.
In 2021, she was appointed Executive Director of Won Buddhism USA, whose headquarters are located on the campus of the Won Dharma Center.
