Join us each Tuesday evening for Community Yoga in the serene setting of our beautiful meditation hall. Surrounded by peaceful energy and inspiring views, this class offers a blend of therapeutic movement, vinyasa flow, restorative postures, yoga nidra, and more.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, all levels are warmly welcome. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected.

Join us on Friday mornings for Chair Yoga — a gentle, accessible practice designed to support balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. This class is perfect for those who prefer a seated or low-impact approach, and it’s especially beneficial for seniors or anyone with limited mobility. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, participants build strength, improve posture, and cultivate a sense of calm and vitality.

All levels are warmly welcome — no prior experience needed.
