True change does not come from rearranging our external circumstances; it begins at the root of our awareness. The heart of the Buddhaโs teaching is the insight that everything is created by the mind.
As we approach the New Year, this retreat offers an opportunity to pause and turn inward with renewed intention. Grounded in Won Buddhist Threefold Practice, it offers a path to calm the restless spirit, awaken our innate wisdom, and make mindful choices in action. Through meditation, reflection, and mindful practice, we will create space to step back from familiar habits, quiet everyday distractions, and discover new ways of meeting lifeโs challenges and opportunities.
This retreat provides a sacred and supportive space to cultivate the courage and clarity to make more conscious choices in everyday life. As we stand on the threshold of a new year, we invite you to pause, reset, and realign with what matters most. What would we like to nurture in our lives? What are you ready to approach differently? How can your daily practice help you move toward meaningful change? If you long for genuine transformation in the coming year, this retreat offers a practical path to begin within. Discover how a shift in the mind can bring new life to the year ahead. Join us for a supportive weekend of practice and reflection as we welcome the New Year together, cultivating a calmer mind, an open heart, and a renewed sense of possibility.
